Answers

Hello. Your question is incomplete, which makes it impossible for it to be answered. However, I believe your question is related to the terms used by Prospero and Miranda to refer to Caliban. These terms express the imperialist view of Europeans in relation to other peoples. As you can see, Caliban is treated as something impure, evil, uncomfortable and that must be fought, something created by the devil and with a disgusting appearance. It was common for European nations to have this kind of thoughts with the native populations of the newly discovered lands, which they saw as inferior, ill-educated, savage, disgusting and diabolical people, while European cultures were seen as superior and beneficial.

PLZ HELP! QUESTION IS BELOW! :D

Answers

Answer:I'd say hard work earns rewards.

Explanation: The reason I chose this is because while Justin sits and watches as the hard working people receive rewards, he is left believing that they're "born this way". Through enough analyzing of the story and with experience, we can determine whether or not people are actually born with talent or if they've worked for it, and the answer pins down to them working for it. The central idea is that with hard work, comes prosperity, and the answer could also be that without hard work, comes denial and or jealousy.

Answer:

Hard work earns reward.

Explanation:

The reason I think this is the theme because all the people justin is envious in the passage all worked hard to get where they are. For instance in the text it states that Cassie "studied late into the night" just to be valedictorian. Victor eas elected class president after he "tirelessly campaigned". Also when Matthew became quarter back he had to train morning and night. Nothing is just handed to you, you have to work hard. Justin was jealous and envious of what his friends and family accomplished. Little did just know that they worked really hard to get what was rewarded to them. Justin hasn't done any hard work so why does should he get a reward, that's something he doesn't understand. Hard work earns rewards.

What is a fantasy story?
I have to write a story which includes "fantasy" genre? I think I'm confused about its meaning.
I wrote a story which was of fiction genre but the person who read it said that it was too dreamy, not factual. And then gave me another story to write adding fantasy and giving true facts.
How is fiction different from fantasy?

Answers

Answer:

Fiction is a bit difference from fantasy. Fantasy is more on the mystical side with things like magic, supernatural, imagination, etc. While fantasy is fiction, fiction can be a bit more realistic than fantasy fiction. Fiction is based around real events that never happened. Like making up a baseball game that never took place even though baseball is real. Fantasy is more of a imagination thing, like dragons, magic wands, etc.

Ex. of Fantasy: Lord of the Rings or Wonder Woman

Ex. of (Science) Fiction: Godzilla vs Kong or Ready Player One

For this story you need to write, since you said you were being too dreamy, I suggest staying on the thin line between fantasy and realistic events. Think of an event that took place in your life, or someone else's, but change it slightly to how you may like it.

Ex. My brother wouldn't let me eat ice cream when mom wasn't home(Fact) because he said it gave him magic powers and he didn't want the same incident to occur with me(fantasy). So, I'd chase him around the house until my mom got home, stopped him, and let me have some ice cream.(Real ending)

This may not be great and it might to help you at all, but this was just an idea to help you get closer to solving your problem. :)

A fantasy story is an imaginative story that includes supernatural events , mythological creatures , magic , etc. It occurs as a strange story if compared to the normal world i.e there are not such things in normal life or what we know of , for an example we know that witches and wizards don't exist in real world but we (here I am assuming all) love reading harry potter. The Harry Potter series is a work of fantasy.

Now about fiction , so fiction is nothing but a work created from imagination but it may or may not be based on a true story , here am not saying that it is a real story but just can be based on such, fictional stories aren't like the non-fictional stories which are based on actual events and people. Fiction covers all the stories that comes from imagination.

So now how is fiction different from fantasy? As I said above all the imaginary works come under fiction. So Fantasy is a sub-genre of Fiction.

As I have read your story , it's genre comes under science fiction coz of the time travel through the portals. Sci-fi is also a sub-genre of fiction.

Now if I remember correct , the question

went by asking the answerer to write a

'Fictional' story , which you did. From

your question I infer that The person who

read your story said it was not factual (to

that person) that is why it's a fictional

story. Fictional stories don't need facts it's

a work of imagination that is what makes

it a "Fiction".

From the book “The Outsiders” dynamic character is one who changes significantly throughout the story, whereas a static character remains the same throughtout the course of the story. Would you classify Ponyboy as a statice or dynamic character. Explain your answer using evidence from the text. This paragraph should be at least 5-10 sentences long.

Answers

Answer:

You can change it up if need be but you can go off of this

Explanation:

I would consider Ponyboy a dynamic character. Ponyboy one of the main characters, experiences one of the most life changing events that shapes his character from being shy, kind, and confused about life to being confident, less afraid, wiser and many other different qualities. Ponyboy grows into more of an adult after talking with Cherry Valance and beginning to understand that everyone faces problems and people are not so different. By the end of the novel, after Ponyboy has witnessed the deaths of Bob Sheldon and Johnny, he has completely lost his innocence. He realizes that just as he does not like being judged for being a greaser, he should not judge Socs. When Pony meets Cherry, his attitude toward Scos changes.

Batniks father had created this special car to help people from their island get to the mainland and other islands faster. When Batnik's father was a boy, the only method of travel from one island to another was by ferry, and the trip often took hours. People who were sick and needed medical help from the mainland would have to endure the long crossing or not go at all because of delays.
