Date and Time Look odd in Zarafa

The default date and time can look unusual for American users of the Zarafa Web Access. This is because Zarafa uses the international forms for data and time associated with the English language which uses Day/Month/Year. This means that 12 June 2012 would be expressed as 12/06/2012. For Americans, this is usually expressed in Month/Day/Year which would be interpreted as December 6th, 2012.

Solution

Click on the settings link in the lower right hand section of the Zarafa Webaccess screen. Under the 'Preferences' tab choose 'English (US)' in the language section.

Additionally, you can specify 'English (US)' when you log in.
